Our Thoughts

We read this book as the Democratic Party was solidifying its choice for the 2008 election and finished it well-before we elected Barak Obama as president. Yet, having this book under our belts, though long and involved gave us another insight into the motivations behind, not only President Lincoln but President Obama when our country yet again was divided.
